The Blueprint campaign highlighted 11 celebrity talent in the beauty industry by celebrating their unique paths and undeniable impact on culture and community for Women's History Month.
Through a cinematic hero video, editorial photography, and talent interviews, the Blueprint campaign documents and celebrates her originality over the past several decades - demonstrating how her influence will always be the Blueprint for leading and driving global beauty culture. Our goal is to inspire confidence in other Black women to forge a unique path and create their own blueprint unapologetically.

Earned the brand its first media recognition for a creative campaign via WWD here.
Led the creation of the campaign’s visual identity while driving the launch and creative strategy.
Ideated storytelling approach and creative and on-set direction.
Managed talent comms and negotiations for the campaign to ensure operations ran efficiently and that talent was aligned on partnership deliverables.
