The Blueprint campaign highlighted 11 celebrity talent in the beauty industry by celebrating their unique paths and undeniable impact on culture and community for Women's History Month.

Through a cinematic hero video, editorial photography, and talent interviews, the Blueprint campaign documents and celebrates her originality over the past several decades - demonstrating how her influence will always be the Blueprint for leading and driving global beauty culture. Our goal is to inspire confidence in other Black women to forge a unique path and create their own blueprint unapologetically.

Role Played:

  • Earned the brand its first media recognition for a creative campaign via WWD here.

  • Led the creation of the campaign’s visual identity while driving the launch and creative strategy.

  • Ideated storytelling approach and creative and on-set direction.

  • Managed talent comms and negotiations for the campaign to ensure operations ran efficiently and that talent was aligned on partnership deliverables.

  • Developed campaign social strategy.

  • Engaged and managed all production partners.

  • Facilitated asset distribution to PR, retail, and paid media agencies.

  • Served as a bridge between the engagement team and creators to relay objectives, goals, and best practices to improve the creator experience.

  • Provided on-set creative direction and led post-production of all assets.

  • Created the campaign's social rollout strategy.

  • Generated playbooks for creators and influencers to leverage key success strategies and provide insights and best practices for campaign rollout on social.
